Our Expertise

Our turnkey NDT programs are designed, created, and implemented specifically for our clients and their projects/programs. We provide definition (procedures, specifications, drawings, inspection techniques, and all supplemental documentation), training (equipment OEM, customer specific, and formal classroom for certification), reference standard definition (to include drawings and CAD models), NDT equipment, contract personnel, technique development, audit checklists, and a la carte services. This unique approach allows our customer to streamline approval and ROI processes with the reduced number of suppliers, thus increasing overall procurement process efficiency. Serving as a passthrough/distributor for NDT equipment OEMs allows us to incorporate lead times and deliverables ECDs into our program schedules and provide the most accurate completion dates. Providing our customers with turnkey programs ensures standardization across all the NDT method process specifications and all supporting documentation at the very least.

Industry Goal
Our goal is to bring NDT support into industries that have little to no support, standardize NDT procedures and specifications to allow cross industry NDT support, create a global NDT technician database regardless of certification body for easier access to NDT training hours and certification for Responsible Level 3s for easier technician vetting, ease the process of implementing NDT processes for new companies and programs, and solve a lot of the other "headaches" NDT personnel and customers deal with on a continuous basis with no solution. We want to help NDT companies who are limited to supporting a single industry customer with saturated competition (Petrochemical for example) open up additional revenue streams by being able to support other industries at the same time. This also gives customers with limited NDT vendors (Composites, Aerospace, Space, for example) a larger supplier pool access to meet their deliverables.
